This virus is passed only among cats and only through drastic action like deep bite wounds, which is probably why Memphis is a little more sensitive to his environment. Cats in stable indoor homes do not need to worry about spreading it, and FIV positive cats’ lifespans are typical on average. Memphis just needs standard, high-quality care. . . and lots of cardboard boxes!!
