Meet Melinda
Melinda came to us from a municipal shelter after she tested positive for FIV and had nowhere to go.
Meet Melinda, the Queen of Serenity! This gorgeous feline is the epitome of sweetness and calmness. This sweet girl adores being petted and is a pro at the art of relaxation. You'll often find her lounging in her favorite sunspot, soaking up warmth and serenity. However, Melinda does have a playful side! She loves catnip and likes to roll around in it! She also likes to watch bird videos! A perch by a window to watch birds in her future home would suit her fine!
Melinda loves nothing more than being showered with affection, and she's a purr-fect companion for those cozy nights in. Her fur is as soft as a cloud, and she'll steal your heart with her gentle demeanor.
Melinda is not a fan of other cats, and needs to be the queen of her castle!
Melinda is FIV+ but can live as long and healthy of a life as a non-FIV+ cat. Cats that are FIV+ can also live with non-FIV+ cats, as Melinda does here at the center.
