Meet Melanie! She is a playful, loving, affectionate, funny cat ready for her forever home! She is only 1 year old, loves to explore, and play with all of her toys at once. She is a good kitty that has the cutest meow ever! She loves being held and is super cuddly. She is a big kitty full of love. When I am having a bad day and need a hug, Melanie is my go to teddy bear cat! The moment I walk into her bedroom she will immediately greet me at the door with her sweet adorable meows and say hello. Then I will scoop her up into my arms and give her the biggest longest hug ever! She usually just looks at me so I can give her a kiss and she will listen to me talk about my day! She is the most affectionate sweet cat ever! If you want a snuggle bug cat to sleep with or hang she is your girl! She isn't afraid of calm dogs and gets long with other cats. She would be the perfect addition to any loving family!

Amira's Pet Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
We have an adoption application. Once a potential adopters application is approved we do a video interview that includes a home check. We also verify the potential adopter has a verified vet. We call the vet to make sure all existing animals are up to date on vaccines and pet care. Then if all goes well the adopter is eligible to adopt one of our rescue animals.
