Meg's Story

Meet Adoptable Meg, Our Brave Heart💕 This beautiful 7-year-old girl has the softest gray and white coat and the sweetest soul to match. She may be small in size, but she has one very brave heart. After 89 days at the shelter, Meg has truly blossomed into the happiest, most loving kitty--you can even hear her little purring motor!

Meg didn't always feel this way. When she first arrived, she was very scared and kept to herself. But with patience, time, and so much love from our volunteers and staff, she slowly began to open up. About a month ago, her brave side took over, and she started letting us into her world--and what a beautiful world it is.

Now, despite her adorable little "frown," Meg is full of love, curiosity, and sweetness. She's even become one of the first residents of our new Catio Room, and she's ready for her next big step: a home of her own.

Meg is FIV+, which simply means she should be the only cat in the home, live with other FIV+ or FIV vaccinated cats. With regular veterinary care, Meg can live a long, happy, healthy life--just like any other kitty.

If you're looking for a gentle, loving companion with a story of resilience and a brave heart full of purrs, Meg might just be your perfect match 🐾

📍 730 Church Street New Kensington, PA
📝 Adoption Application: https://form.jotform.com/213275062626049
📧 adoptions@animalprotectors.net
📞 (724) 339-7388
