Meepo

Meepo is a massive four-year-old tabby cat with an even bigger heart. This handsome boy came to our shelter after a local veterinarian contacted us because his owners wanted to euthanize him due to severe allergies and over-grooming. His tummy was painfully inflamed and infected, and he had raw wounds around his ears and legs from constantly scratching and licking himself.<br/><br/>Thankfully, our veterinarian quickly realized that Meepo was suffering from a severe flea allergy. Once he was started on Bravecto, his skin began to heal and his beautiful coat started growing back in. Today, Meepo is healthy, happy, and thriving.<br/><br/>At an incredible 19-20 pounds, Meepo is not just a big cat -- he is HUGE. He is tall, solid, and absolutely loves people. He is what we call a Velcro cat. He wants to be touching his humans at all times. He will climb into your lap, leap into your arms, follow you from room to room, and happily be carried around like a baby. He is incredibly affectionate and would love nothing more than to sleep beside you every night and spend his days by your side.<br/><br/>Meepo gets along well with other cats and has a calm, loving personality that makes everyone fall in love with him. He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped and is ready for a forever home of his own.<br/><br/>Because of his flea allergy and large size, Meepo will need to remain on Bravecto long-term, as other flea preventions have not worked well for him. In return, he promises endless love, companionship, and one very large tabby shadow following you everywhere you go.
