McSteamy's Story

McSteamy (DOB 4/6/2026) will be available to go to his forever home on or around August 1st in the Richmond, Virginia area.

Like any good slow burn, McSteamy is worth the wait. He's the kind of kitten who likes to take his time getting to know new people. While his siblings may dive headfirst into making friends, McSteamy prefers to hang back, assess the situation, and decide when he's ready. Once he feels safe, though, his playful side comes to life, and you'll discover a fun-loving kitten with a heart of gold.

McSteamy will thrive in a home with a confident, social feline friend—especially one of his siblings—who can show him the ropes and help him continue building his confidence. With a little patience, plenty of playtime, and a lot of love, he'll reward you in the best way possible: a deep, rumbling purr that feels like he's saying, "Congratulations... you've earned it."

The best relationships aren't always love at first sight. Sometimes they're built one quiet moment, one play session, and one hard-earned purr at a time. If you're willing to let McSteamy move at his own pace, you'll gain a loyal companion whose affection feels all the more special because you know you earned it.

When he is ready for adoption, McSteamy will be neutered, microchipped, and have received age appropriate vaccines. He tested negative for FeLV/FIV.
