She’s perfectly content doing her own thing—exploring, playing, or settling into a favorite spot on her own. She takes more time to warm up to people and likes to decide when and how she interacts.<br/><br/> They enjoy the simple things: soaking up sunny spots, watching birds and squirrels like it’s their favorite TV show, and—without fail—waiting by the fridge when they hear the ice maker, ready for their daily cube treat. <br/><br/> THEIR IDEAL HOME<br/><br/>Mackenzie and Harper are looking for a home together with a family who will appreciate their individual personalities and let affection happen on their terms. Neither girl particularly enjoys being picked up or carried around—they’re happiest with their feet on the ground and the freedom to choose when they want attention.<br/><br/>They enjoy other friendly, welcoming cats and can do well as part of a respectful feline household. If there are children in the home, calm, kind and respectful kids around age 12 or older would be the best fit.<br/><br/> A note about Milo: The handsome tuxedo kitty you may see in some of their photos is Milo, a friend from their foster home.
