Her soft, fluffy coat makes her naturally cuddly, and there's something truly special about earning the trust of a cat as shy as she is.<br/><br/>Once she trusts you, May reveals a whole other side she's actually quite talkative and full of energy, chasing little toys around the room and following her person from room to room like a fuzzy gray shadow. May would do best in a calm home where she can settle in at her own pace. If you have patience and a soft spot for shy kitties, May might just be your perfect match.<br/><br/>What May's looking for in a home:<br/><br/> - She can get nervous, so she needs a kind and patient guide to help her feel comfortable with new experiences.<br/> - She feels at ease in a quiet and calm environment.<br/> - She needs to live indoors only.<br/> - She has no known history with other cats.<br/> - She has no known history with dogs.<br/> - She has no known history with children.<br/><br/>All Alley Cat Project's cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption. <br/><br/>Alley Cat Project adoption fees are:<br/><br/> - $200 per cat or kitten<br/> - $350 for pair of cats or kittens<br/> - $50 for senior cat (over 8 years old)<br/> - Flexible reduced fees for a cat with a chronic medical condition that requires ongoing care<br/> - Additional charitable donations are appreciated and support our overall rescue efforts<br/><br/>Thank you for your interest in adopting May!
