Say hello to Maximus!<br/>This chubby-cheeked boy came into our care July 2025 as part of a humane case. He's incredibly shy and needs a very patient person to show him how good love feels! Churus and other yummy snackies are the quickest way to show him you're a friend. Maximus loves his back scratched once he trusts you and enjoys the occasional ear scratch too. This insanely vocal boy always has a lot to say, especially when he wants food, and is often heard having back and forth meow conversations with staff and other cats in our care. Affectionately nicknamed Maxi, this handsome kitty is hoping you've got the home he needs to blossom into his full personality!<br/>Maximus is great with other cats and may do best in a home with a kitty friend as he does gain confidence from them. He has previously lived with a dog. We do believe he would do best in a home without children as he doesn't like loud noises and is often very scared of fast movements.<br/>He will also need brushed often, at least once a week.<br/><br/>Maximus is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
