Max is a handsome gray tabby with a story that could happen to anyone. He is 2 years old, a compact 10 pounds, and until recently he was somebody's beloved cat. When his owner lost their home, Max lost his too. He did nothing wrong. His whole world just disappeared.<br/><br/>We will be honest with you: the shelter is not showing you the real Max. He is scared here, and he has mostly shut down, spending his days curled up small and quiet while he waits for the noise to stop.
