Mary-Kate's Story
Meet Mary-Kate and Ashley!

This bonded pair of tortoiseshell beauties came into our care when their previous family was unable to keep them in their housing. They complement each other, with one being more social and the other being more mellow and independent. Both of them thrive in a calm, familiar environment where they can anticipate their daily routine.

At only 1.5 years old, these ladies should be expected to be active and playful! In addition to keeping each other busy by playing with each other, they will both appreciate play time with their humans, such as play with wand toys or possibly a game of fetch. Providing a rotating stash of toys will help keep their playtime fresh and exciting. Providing ample indoor enrichment will be essential to them being able to exhibit healthy cat behavior indoors, such as playing, climbing and scratching. Cat trees and other elevated surfaces can give them extra opportunities for surveying their territory.

Cats: Mary-Kate and Ashley may do okay with being introduced to another cat in the home. Gradual introductions to other pets will be essential to increase the chances of a successful match and positive relationship.
Dogs: Mary-Kate and Ashley are looking for a home without dogs.
Children: Mary-Kate and Ashley have done well with familiar children living in their previous home.

Visit our Adoption Center to meet your potential new best friend!
