Marigold's Story

Meet Marigold, DOB 7/22/26

Marigold is a gorgeous tortoiseshell girl with plenty of personality and a healthy dose of tortitude! Marigold and her brother Cosmos came to Feline Friends after a finder spotted them in a hot blacktop parking lot on a 100-degree day; they were only about two weeks old. The finder bottle-fed them until he could get them safely to Feline Friends, where we took over their care and helped these little survivors grow into happy, healthy kittens.

Marigold is super friendly, outgoing, feisty, and sassy — basically everything you’d expect from a tortie, with all the tortitude in exactly the right ways! She loves wrestling and zooming around with her brother Cosmos and is always ready to turn just about anything into a kitten adventure.

Underneath that sassy exterior is a total cuddle bug. After a good meal and some serious playtime, Marigold loves climbing into your lap, settling in close, and purring away. She’s got the perfect combination of playful kitten energy and affectionate lap-cat sweetness.

Marigold is ready for a forever home where she can be her wonderfully sassy, affectionate tortie self — preferably with plenty of laps, toys, and opportunities to show off her tortitude!

Marigold is good with other cats and dogs, and would do best in a home with children over 5. Because she is still young, she would thrive being adopted into a home where someone is around often or where other pets can keep her company (or adopted with her brother Cosmos).

Up to date on age appropriate vaccines, deworming, and flea prevention.

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter and rabies vaccine.

First time pet owners, a personal reference is required. Must be over 21.

Current pet owners, pets must be fixed and up to date with vaccines. Vet reference required.

Donations appreciated from Chewy.com!

https://www.chewy.com/g/feline-friends-of-moore-county_b71820310#wish-list

Fostered in Whispering Pines, NC
