Marie's Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Marie is a petite gray and white cat with a remarkable story. She was the smallest of her litter and has remained the sweetest. At 8 weeks old, she suffered a concussion after misjudging a jump. Today, she occasionally becomes nervous or excited, which can briefly affect her vision and cause her tongue to stick out. Thanks to rehabilitation, including chiropractic care, these episodes are much less frequent and shorter than they once were. She does not currently require additional treatment, although continued chiropractic care may be beneficial in the future.

When Marie feels overwhelmed, she simply needs a quiet place where she can relax until she feels comfortable again. Once settled, she is incredibly affectionate and especially enjoys belly rubs. One of her favorite places is draped across her foster mom's shoulders.

Marie gained confidence from her siblings before they found homes of their own, and she would love to have a friendly cat companion again. A calm, patient home that gives her time to adjust will allow her sweet personality to shine.

Estimated DOB: 09/7/25

Adoption fee: $80 (6% KY sales tax included)

We would love to hear from you!
