Maria is the black and white kitten with cute black markings on her nose. She likes to play with all toys but her favorite is a laser toy. Carey is petite with beautiful gray markings. After she finishes eating she loves nothing better than to curl up with Maria for nap time or cuddle with her foster mom. They are friendly, sweet, affectionate, playful and so very cute. Maria and Carey eagerly await their forever home. Litter box trained and Socialized. FIV/FELV Negative.

All potential adoptive parents must fill out an adoption application, have a home inspection (dogs only) and a vet reference. We take great pride in finding good homes for our stray and abandoned companion pet friends. All pet adoptions include, up-to-date shots, heartworm checked (dogs), FELV/FIV checked (cats), dewormed, vaccinations for age at time of adoption, have monthly flea/tick prevention and heartworm prevention (dogs) and microchip (inserted or provided) Half Way Home Animal Rescue DOES NOT have a shelter; all animals are awaiting their forever homes in loving foster care. By having pets in foster care, we are able to get a jump start on training, learn their unique personalities and ensure they are a perfect match for you! Once you have submitted your application to us via email. If approved, we will arrange for a private meeting between you and the pet. When meeting a pet we also offer you the opportunity to ask fosters and volunteers questions in order to get to know the pet and be sure this will be a great fit for everyone.
