Maria's Story

Maria is our Manx baby girl! Almost her entire litter of six were born with either no tails or nub tails, which somehow made them even cuter than they already are! She has no tail and hops around adorably like a rabbit!

We suspect she has a touch of Manx Cat Syndrome, but not on a bad case of it. We had her to the vet, got her some X-rays and she really looks to be in great shape. She uses the litter box regularly, but will occasionally drop a turd here and there, which is an issue we expect would correct itself over time as her muscles get stronger. This is why she is listed as "special needs."

As far a personality, she is such a sweetie pie!!! Once she's comfortable with you she's a snuggler and a total purr machine! She is super playful and she loves her food, so she's easily motivated with both toys and treats!

We need to find her a wonderful loving home, preferably one with other cats because she adores all other cats, but also one with cat experience and one that doesn't mind the occasional "mess," or turd dropping. (It's solid, so it really isn't bad at all!) LOL!!!!!
