Marge and Selma are an adorable, bonded pair of 3-month-old calico kittens looking for a quiet forever home together. Originally rescued from a crowded, multi-pet situation with their mom and siblings snd taken in by a local shelter prior to coming to OARS in foster care, they are now ready for their forever home. In foster care, these two have enjoyed this comforts of a home setting.<br/><br/>Marge is a gorgeous soft and fluffy calico princess who would like nothing more than to sit on your lap to be pet or brushed all day. When your lap isn't available, she is happy to use a comfy bed for sunshine naps. She has a very playful side, frequently chasing wand toys, batting at toy mice, and playing with her siblings.<br/><br/>Selma is a petite and sweet girl who effortlessly melts every heart she meets. It may take a little bit for her to warm up, but once she knows you, all she wants is to be pet and loved. Like her sister, Selma enjoys active playtime with wand toys, laser lights and loves a good wrestling match with her siblings.<br/><br/>They would do best transitioning to a home environment without dogs. Both girls do well with respectful school aged children .<br/><br/>All OARS cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, up to date on rabies and distemper, and have had dewormer medication as a preventive measure. All have tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia. This helps us process the application within 2 days.<br/><br/>We focus on providing personalized care for these cats in a loving, home-like environment. Cats live in cozy rooms (cage-free!) where they can play with their favorite toys, watch bird feeder activity, and nap in a favorite sunny spot.<br/>To save as many lives as possible, we partner directly with other rescues and shelters to focus our efforts on overcrowded facilities and kitties who require extra TLC to prepare them for adoption. Because of this, we cannot accept cats directly from the public. Everything we do is fueled by your generosity!
