Margarita's Story

Margarita came to CVHS when her owner had to relocate and was unable to bring her with them. She is an independent, vocal cat with a big, bold purrrsonality! Just like any strong-willed kitty, Margarita has her boundaries. She’s a smart girl who knows how to communicate her needs, and she’ll definitely let you know if she’s had enough. She tolerates being petted as long as you avoid her back end, but sometimes just ONE pet is enough! She is a good hunter who is familiar with an indoor/outdoor lifestyle, and she would like to continue that in her next home. We feel that she would do best in a calmer home without young children or canines. She has experience living with other cats in her previous home. We feel she would do okay with a similar personality cat with a slow introduction.
