Sweet & outgoing Marcel cannot catch a break! This boy was heartlessly kicked out of his home because of allergies, then found by a Good Samaritan that took him in, but decided he could not keep him. This cat is affectionate, lived w/children & other animals. He is the whole package! Marcel is used to going outside & will need a home that will not permit that!
