Marcel

Meet Marcel, a handsome black and white older kitten who was found living with his littermates Cecile and Pierre in an abandoned, condemned home. They were being fed by a concerned neighbor and then rescued and brought to us where they are thriving in a foster home!

Marcel is always on the go, chasing balls and springs and his brother Pierre! He is super social with his littermates and with people. And when he's starting to wind down, he'll find your lap (or book if you are reading!) to lie on and nap. If no people are around, he cuddles with his sister Cecile.

We believe that kittens are happiest when they have another kitty to play with so Marcel will need to be adopted with another kitten or already have a young playful cat in his new home. He would love to be adopted with one of his littermates!

Marcel has been spayed, vaccinated, snap tested, and microchipped. His approximate birthdate is 03/10/2026 and his adoption fee is $120.

If you are interested in meeting Marcel or any of the cats at Second Chance Cats of West Michigan, please go to sccatswm.org/adopt to fill out an application, or stop in during open hours on Fridays from 11-2 or Saturdays and Sundays from 11-4.

Please note - we can only adopt to those who live within a one hour drive of Grand Rapids.

Thank you!
