Mango's Story
Meet Mango 🥭

Mango is a sweet, loving girl who has been through more changes than any cat should have to endure. After being bottle-raised by her foster mom, Mango was adopted from the sanctuary into what was meant to be her forever home. Unfortunately, she was later returned because her adopter reported that she was having trouble using the litter box appropriately.

Since coming back into our care, Mango has shown us a very different side of herself. She has been affectionate, gentle, and absolutely wonderful with people — and, most importantly, she has been using her litter box appropriately while in foster care.

We believe Mango's previous litter box difficulties may have been related to stress. The only inappropriate urination we've seen since her return happened after another cat frightened her. Given her history, it's possible that living with other cats was a source of anxiety for Mango. For that reason, we are looking for a cat-free home where Mango can be your one and only feline companion.

And honestly? Mango is perfectly happy with that arrangement! She absolutely adores people and would love nothing more than to have her humans all to herself. She is a sweet, affectionate girl who deserves a calm, loving home where she can finally feel safe and secure.

Mango has already experienced the heartbreak of losing a home once, and we want her next home to truly be her forever home. Moving around is hard on any animal, especially one who has already been through so much. We are hoping to find someone who understands that giving Mango a little patience, stability, and reassurance will allow her wonderful personality to shine.

If you're looking for a loving companion who will happily be your one and only cat, Mango may be the girl you've been waiting for. 🥭❤️

Mango is looking for:

A loving, stable forever home

To be the only cat in the household

A family who understands the importance of patience and consistency

Plenty of love and affection — which Mango will happily return!
