Come meet me this coming Saturday 4/4 from 12-2 at PetMAC DC located at 4914 Wisconsin Ave NW DC 20016 <br/><br/>We wanted to introduce you to Mama 4. This sweet loving lap cat purr machine came to us needing 8 weeks of cage rest for a Cruciate Ligament Tear and guess what ???? Today (3/18/26) is her final day of captivity ! Friday is her evaluation and likely X-rays at the vet and she is ready to start exploring the world.<br/><br/>There is one problem, Mama needs a foster or adopter in order to come out of her cage. Mama is a gem. Our adoption process starts by having you complete an adoption application online (visit our website, pbj.org, and click the ADOPT link at the top of our page.)  We will contact you by phone to chat about your application, and depending on the circumstances, may also conduct a vet reference check and/or a home visit. For more information on our adoption process and fees, please visit our website -- pbj.org -- and click on the "Adopt" link at the top of the homepage. There are four ways to meet our pets: Approved adopters are welcome to meet our available pets in their foster homes, where they are most relaxed, or You may visit the stores where some of our animals reside:  PetMAC in DC...
