Maki's Story
*Please note: Due to the high volume of interest, we are only accepting in-person applications.

Meet Maki, Miso, Ramen, Saki, and Wasabi!

These sweet kittens are equal parts rambunctious, cuddly, playful, and full of personality. While they can be a little shy at first, they quickly warm up with patience and kindness. Like most kittens, these little ones love to play hard and nap hard! You can expect Maki to be zooming down the hallway, batting toys around, and climbing cat trees before curling up for a cozy snooze.

Maki would make a wonderful addition to an active household that can provide the enrichment, playtime, and attention a growing kitten needs to thrive. She especially enjoys interactive wand toys, chasing balls, and romping around with her littermates.

Maki has recently been cleared of calicivirus, a virus that can cause upper respiratory infections. Cats who have recovered from calicivirus may remain carriers and can potentially spread the virus to other cats, even when they are not showing symptoms. Maki may also experience occasional flare-ups during periods of stress throughout her life.

Because of this, we are seeking a home with no senior cats and no cats who have not previously experienced an upper respiratory infection. As carriers of this virus, these kittens must be kept indoors only.

Maki has her spay booked for July 29. We are currently looking for local adopters who have the availability to take her to this appointment.

Stop by the West Vancouver location to experience these cuties in person. Our adoption hours are 12pm to 4pm, Tuesdays through Sundays (closed on Mondays). We run on a first-come first-considerations basis, and will not be allowing folks to wait in the lobby prior to 12pm.

Primary Color: Brown Tabby Secondary Color: Black Weight: 1.3kg Age: 0yrs 3mths 1wks
