Meet Major the Entertainer. Major is a calm, cool gentleman who wandered into a feral colony looking lost and unsure. Once he felt safe, his affectionate purrsonality quickly came through. He enjoys being pet and loved - but he also appreciates when his boundaries are respected. Major does well with cats, calm, respectful dogs (no bum-rushing, please!), and older, cat-savvy kids who can read his cues. He will let you know when he's not a fan of certain areas being touched with a gentle nip or swat. Once you learn his boundries, he is such a sweetaffectionate boy! If you're looking for a sweet, mellow companion with a lot of love to give, Major is your guy! The adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, flea-treatment, FIV/FeLV testing. The Cat's Meow Rescue Group's Adoption Policy

Please contact us to get a copy of our Adoption Application. All applicants will be contacted by email or phone within 48 hours to let applicant know their application is in review. Once all references have been reached, applicant will be called to set up an adoption meeting time. Adult cats have an $100 adoption fee (unless otherwise noted). All cats are up to date on immunizations, including rabies. All have been evaluated by a veterinarian. Kittens are a $150 adoption fee (unless otherwise noted). All kittens have at least had their first round of immunizations and deworming medication three times. If a kitten is too young to be spayed/neutered adoptive parent will be required to sign a Spay/Neuter contract with The Cat's Meow.
