We are The Cat's Meow Rescue Group! We are a volunteer-run organization dedicated to finding cats of all ages a safe and happy home in Burlington County, New Jersey area!Â
The Cat's Meow cares deeply about our rescue cats and insist on it being a good fit before a cat is adopted. Our foster homes introduce cats/kittens to other cats, dogs and children so that we can match each adoptive family with an appropriate cat.Â
During the application process volunteers of The Cat's Meow educate adopters about the harms of declawing, the importance of spay/neuter, and how to care for their new adopted cat.
Adoption Policy

All applicants will be contacted by email or phone within 48 hours to let applicant know their application is in review. Once all references have been reached, applicant will be called to set up an adoption meeting time.Â
Adult cats have an $100 adoption fee (unless otherwise noted). All cats are up to date on immunizations, including rabies. All have been evaluated by a veterinarian.Â
Kittens are a $150 adoption fee (unless otherwise noted). All kittens have at least had their first round of immunizations and deworming medication three times. If a kitten is too young to be spayed/neutered adoptive parent will be required to sign a Spay/Neuter contract with The Cat's Meow.
