Magpie's Story

At FFF, we understand that situations may change and sometimes it's necessary to return a feline after adoption. Such was the case for Magpie and her siblings. In a matter of a month, they were removed from their home of four years (she was just a kitten when she was adopted), placed in the Cat Room at PetSmart (because there were no available foster homes at that time), then moved to Scruffy's Cafe. For obvious reasons, she and her siblings failed to thrive there and were finally able to be placed in a foster home. Little by little they began to understand they WERE wanted and loved, and soon, after being in the familiar setting of a home, their beautiful selves began to flourish.
After a month of growing confident in the safety and security of a loving home, one sister was adopted, and it seemed that Magpie and her brother were strong enough to give Scruffy's another try. It was not long after that decision that it was discovered that sort of environment was not for them.
Then, her brother was adopted, so now is the time for Magpie to shine! You will never find a more sweet, loving, and devoted companion. Of course, the first thing you'll notice about her is her striking beauty. From her big, fluffy, "murder mittens" to her fabulous plume of a tail - combined with her sweet nature - makes Magpie a special gift just waiting to be opened.
Magpie would do best in a calmer household, just so she can more easily adjust to her new home. With a little time, patience, and love, the wonder that is Magpie will bloom into the treasure she truly is.

Please visit our website www.feralfelinefriends.org to learn more about this feline and to see other available cats and kittens.
