Meet Magic and Kona!
They are a pair of beautiful black panthers estimated around 2 years old.
We know they are related, just look at those eyes!

Magic is the lover of the pair. He adores humans and just wants laps and pets and hugs while he busies himself making biscuits. He is incredibly funny and athletic. He enjoys chasing wand toys until he's panting. He is also very good at playing on his own. He takes his toys and flips them into the air to pounce on.
He is definitely a sidekick cat. He'll smoosh against your legs while you walk, and jump into your lap when you sit. He's one of the best cats we've ever met.

Then there is Kona. Oh, Kona. This little shy baby is such a funny little girl. She is brave and curious. She loves her Jackson Galaxy "Satellite" toys more than anything. She carries them around in her mouth and throws them to herself to chase around. It's so darn cute.

Magic and Kona came from a sad cat hoarding situation. We were contacted to help, but the landlord had already evicted the tenants and thrown all the cats out into the cold.... about 30 cats who had only known indoor life. Luckily, we scooped many of them up and these 2 babes have been recouping in foster care together.
That being said... it was a bit traumatizing for Kona. She takes longer to adjust to change than Magic. Kona gathers her bravery from Magic and really needs him in her life. She follows his lead. They usually nap snuggled up together and love to chase each other around.

They would do well in a quiet home and would be just fine with other friendly cats. Magic will love you right away. Kona needs someone with patience and empathy as she faces the changes of a new home and new people. A cat confident person that won't misread her scared little hisses when she feels overwhelmed. Someone who will sit on the floor with her and slow blink and sweet talk and give her treats to help her feel safe and more confident each day. She is such a little sweetheart, the reward of winning her trust is well worth it.
