Maddie's Story
Meet Maddie - A Tough Survivor Looking for a Gentle Home

Maddie came to us in very rough shape. This brave girl has been through more than most cats ever should. Our emergency vet believes she may have been injured while hiding under the hood of a car, which caused significant trauma to her face. Further evaluation also revealed a severe sinus infection.

She underwent treatment, had her sinus drained, and even had a few teeth removed to help her heal. Nearly a month later, Maddie had made an incredible recovery. Her swelling was gone, her wounds had healed beautifully, and she was eating well on her own. She was off all medications and finally feeling like herself again.

Because of everything she's endured, Maddie can get overstimulated and may give a scratch or nip if touched for too long. It's her way of saying, "I need a little space." She's not aggressive - just a cat who's had a hard past and needs someone who understands her boundaries.

A quieter, calmer home would be the perfect match for her. With patience, respect, and a gentle routine, Maddie will continue to blossom. She is spayed and vaccinated.

All she needs is a forever home where she can feel safe, understood, and loved on her own terms.
