Macy came to us a momma caring for her kittens outside. All of her kittens have since been adopted. Macy took protecting her kittens very seriously, but once she was free of all that responsibility, she came out of her shell and fell in love with people and the other cats at our rescue. Don’t let her serious expression fool you, our Macy is the sweetest tortie girl with TONS of personality. She is a very expressive and loving kitty who is sensitive, charming and playful. She wants to be in your company as much as she can. Macy loves to be cuddled. If you are seated, she will climb into your lap. She uses her paw to pull your hand to her face. She is chatty, loves to snuggle and asks for affection by tapping you on the arm or hand. Macy is a little shy at first, but once she falls is love with her person she will charm and delight you with her love and devotion. Tri State Pet Rescue And Transport's Adoption Policy

Please click on the link to our application, download and complete the form, and email it to tristatepetrescueandtransport@gmail.com. Upon review of your application we may ask some additional questions. Our next step is to set up a Zoom meeting or video chat to introduce you to the pet of your choice and other pets you may also be interested in based upon your application and preferences. During this video meeting we do a "video home check" and ask about the pets access to your home, how you will introduce the pet to a new environment, where you will keep a crate or litter box. We also enjoy meeting your pet companion so that we can get an idea of compatibility. (We also just like meeting your pets!)
