Mackie's Story

Mackie is a wonderfully friendly and curious black cat who is about one and a half years old, with an estimated birthday around December 2024. He is incredibly social, chatty, and loves to keep his humans company. If you are doing chores around the house, Mackie will be right there by your side, as he absolutely loves to help his foster mom whenever she is cleaning. He currently lives happily with other cats and is a very easygoing companion. He prefers they respect his space but he is certainly a good kitty roommate. While he has met a dog or two in his foster home we feel he would prefer no doggy siblings in his new home. He would likely be ok with a respectful pup eventually but he's a grump-a-lump at first for sure. <br/><br/>Mackie is neutered and current on all of his vaccinations. After the initial inquiry, we will require an adoption application submitted (available on request or on our website, www.pawsibilitiesnv.org). 2) We will contact you with any questions we have. Otherwise, we will set up a time for a meet and greet with you and your family with the pet. 3) During the meet, we want to make sure we answer all of your questions and talk about all the important points of adding this pet to your family. 4) We require home checks with all of our animals. Once you are ready to bring your new pet home, we will set up a time to bring the pet out to your home. In almost all instances the adoption will be final at this time. We will bring all the necessary paperwork, records, and essentials with us to your home visit.
