Meet Lyla
**Due to COVID-19, all meet and greets will be by appointment only. Please call us at 604-275-2036 to set up an appointment.**
PERSONALITY: Meet our gorgeous girl Lyla!
Lyla was surrendered to us with her two beautiful baby girls, Amelia and Avery. When we first received Lyla she was quite timid and nervous around people. Due to her babies having some complications, our vets at RAPS Animal Hospital suggested she would benefit from being in a foster home until Lyla, Amelia, and Avery were nursed back to health, and boy were they right!
Our foster did an amazing job with them, Lyla along with her babies certainly thrived in their foster home and we were able to get a better idea of their needs. Although Lyla takes a bit of time to warm up to people, once she does she is such a sweet little angel. She absolutely LOVES receiving affection from the right person and will never turn down a good cuddle session.
Lyla can be weird with other cats, so she definitely prefers to be the queen of the castle. She has the potential to coexist with other cats, but they will need to be prepared to possibly receive a warning smack from her, if they invade her personal space or try to eat her food. The dream for Lyla is to be the only furry family member in the home where she can be presented with lots of love and a healthy amount of food.
LIKES: Spending time with her babies, exploring, napping, receiving affection.
DISLIKES: Loud noises, people not paying attention to her, not receiving food.
AGE: About 5 years old.
