Luna's Story

Meet Luna, a sweet 1-year-old kitty who came to us from a high-intake shelter in New York. Luna was fearful and hiding in the back of her cage, with little chance of being adopted. Since coming into foster care, she has made wonderful progress and learned that people can be trusted and life can be safe again.

Luna enjoys spending her days watching the world from a sunny window, playing with her toys, and relaxing in quiet comfort. She has learned to get along with other cats and would do best in a calm, patient home where she can continue to blossom at her own pace. We think she would also do well with older, respectful children and possibly a laid-back dog with proper introductions. Once she feels secure, she shows her affectionate and gentle side.

Luna is spayed, up to date on vaccines, FeLV and FIV negative, and healthy.

If you think Luna is the laid-back kitty for you, please complete an application at www.oswegocountyspca.org
.

Important Adoption Information:
When you fill out an application, please make sure you have notified your veterinarian that we will be calling and that it is okay to speak with us. If you don’t currently have a vet, please determine which one you will be using and set up care so we can confirm your new pet will receive medical attention when needed.

We are 100% foster-based and 100% volunteer-operated, from the top down. Our team works hard to get animals into their forever homes as quickly as possible. Please be patient with us, but if you don’t hear back within a few days, feel free to message us on our Facebook page to confirm your application went through.

From Foster to Forever.
