Help us find Luna's next chapter. <br/>Sometimes the most heartbreaking surrenders are the ones made out of pure love.<br/>Luna is a 6-year-old Siamese mix who recently arrived at the shelter through absolutely no fault of her own. This was not a decision her family wanted to make.<br/>Luna was deeply loved by two young girls who wanted to make sure she would never forget them. They sent her with a t-shirt that smells like home, a crocheted doll made to resemble one of her owners so she wouldn't feel alone, and beautiful handwritten notes reminding Luna just how loved she is.<br/>She must truly be someone special to be so incredibly loved by her family, but right now, Luna is trying to adjust to a world that looks very different from the one she knew. She isn't used to the sounds and activity of a shelter. She's used to bedtime snuggles, familiar voices, and unconditional love.<br/>Luna is a sweet, gentle girl who may be a little shy at first, but with patience and kindness her loving personality will shine through once again.<br/>She previously lived successfully with children, and we believe she may do well with other cats. We are unsure how she feels about dogs.<br/>She has already known what it feels like to be deeply loved.
