Luna's Story

Luna is a domestic long-haired cat who was born in March 2022. She came into care when her owner moved into retirement living that did not permit pets. This lovely, friendly young lady loves to be brushed, which is a good thing as her long fur will require regular brushing care. She also loves to be pet and actively seeks out available fingers and toes. She does not particularly appear to be a lap cat, but likes to settle beside her new foster mom.

Luna had previously lived with another kitty - the two loved to cuddle and play together, so we expect that she would be good with other kitties. However, she could also be adopted as the only kitty in a home.

Because Luna was declawed on all four paws, it will be very important for her to be an indoor-only cat as she would be defenceless outdoors.

Luna looks forward to meeting her new furrever family.

NOTE 1: Spays, neuters, first vaccinations and vet checks are included in the adoption fee.

NOTE 2: Because a young kitten needs feline companionship, it is the policy of Cat Rescue Network that kittens 6 months or younger be adopted out in pairs unless there is another kitten or young cat already in the home.

NOTE 3: Cat Rescue Network only adopts their cats to homes in the National Capital region of Canada
