Lulu's Story
Hi, my name is Lulu! Those who know me best describe me as chill and sweet with humans, though other animals stress me out, so I would prefer a home as the only pet. I love hanging out on a high perch where I can observe everything, and my weird quirk is that I love to sleep on plastic grocery bags!

When I came to the shelter, they diagnosed me with FIV (feline AIDS), which means that I am immunosuppressed, but many cats with FIV can live long, healthy lives with regular vet care. FIV is not contagious to anyone but other cats, and in cats is transmitted through deep bite wounds, so it is generally safe to have FIV+ cats around other animals as long as they are neutered (to prevent fighting in males). If you have any questions, please reach out to adoptions@angelsofassisi.org.
