Luka was adopted from us 15 months ago but returned because his owner had to move to assisted living and could no longer care for him. He would do best as an only cat or with one or two low-key kitty companions. Luka has settled in at the Shelter very nicely. He is sweet with all of the volunteers and loves attention. If we can't find him, he is usually curled up underneath a blanket. We offer same-day adoptions, so if the cat is a fit, you can take them home the day of your meeting.<br/><br/>If a cat is listed on our website, it is still available for adoption, but applications may have been received before yours.<br/><br/>All adoption meetings are by appointment only. The adoption fee for cats seven months to two years old is $250 for one cat and $350 for a pair; for cats three years to ten years old, it is $200 for one cat and $300 for a pair; and for senior cats 11 years and over, it is $125. The fee includes age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, microchip testing, testing for FeLV and FIV, and spaying/ neutering.
