Meet Luffy! This little guy with the crazy ear hair is on the smaller side and does take a little more time to warm up/settle in than his siblings. When he's comfortable, he is super cuddly and loves to hang out and chill in your lap. He has the cutest little meow and is more on the vocal side. He may be smaller, but he doesn't mind competing with his siblings for his chance with the toy. Luffy would do best adopted with one of siblings (Stewie, Katsu) who can help him to feel secure in a new environment. Otherwise, he will need another kitty in the home to play with teach him and teach him what he needs to know. <br/><br/>Interested in adopting? The Cat's Meow Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

If you're interested in adopting one of our cats, please submit an application through our website: http://www.thecatsmeowanimalrescue.org/ All adoption policies are described in detail on our website. In brief, if your application is approved, we will conduct a home check to make sure the environment is good for the animal and provide you with any tips we may have. We ask for a minimum donation of $225 to the cause - this amount barely covers the cost of medical care for the cat, and, thus, additional donations are greatly appreciated. We will also ask you to fill out an adoption contract.
