He was scooped up by an older couple who had him checked by a vet and then took him home and cared for him for 3 weeks before they asked for help from our rescue. By the time he arrived in his foster home he was thoroughly spoiled and well socialized. He loves to cuddle and nap on a lap and has a loud purr.
