Lovey's Story

Momma Lovey is ready for her furever home.<br/>Lovey is a very affectionate and sweet gray tabby with white--her name says it all. She has been an amazingly attentive and patient mom to her special needs kittens. They will soon be adopted and Lovey will be eager to have a lap of her own. At about a year old, she has a mature demeanor but she still likes to play and loves wrestling with her kittens.<br/>She would likely thrive in a home with another cat (one of her kittens?!), but could also be happy as an only cat. She seems to really like friendly dogs, seeking out her foster mom's dog to hang out with. <br/>Lovey is fully litter box trained, spayed, vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative, and will be microchipped before adoption. Companion Animal Foundation's Adoption Policy

If interested, we have potential adopters meet the animal in person and fill out our adoption application. After reviewing the application, which are processed in the order they are received, as long as everything checks out and is good to go we will reach out to the applicant to either set up an adoption appointment (if the animal of interest is altered and ready to go), ask some clarifying questions if part of the application was unclear, or let you know that the animal is already spoken for. We require that ALL family members meet the animal prior to adoption. Once the kitty or puppy, cat or dog is ready to go- we do an in person adoption where we go over pet care, the history of your new family member, microchip the animal, and help fill out the registration information.
