Lovie is a beautiful young brown tabby with adorable white paws and a bright white chest to match her equally beautiful heart. She was part of a cat colony that was being cared for through a TNR (trap neuter return) program. Shortly after she was trapped Lovie gave birth to her kittens. It seemed nature had other plans for dear sweet Lovie. Still just a young kitten herself, she lovingly cared for every one of her babies with quiet strength and unwavering devotion until they were ready to begin their own lives. Now it’s finally her turn! This sweet girl is calm, gentle, affectionate and wonderfully even tempered. She loves soft pets and simply being near the people she trusts. Lovie spent the beginning of her life surviving outdoors, then became a mother before she ever had the chance to simply be a carefree kitten. Her babies have grown and moved on - now it’s Lovie’s turn to be chosen. She’s waiting for the person who will give her the love, security, and forever home she’s always deserved. After everything she has been through in her short life, it’s finally time for someone to take care of her! All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted.<br/><br/>Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet.<br/><br/>Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.<br/><br/>No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.<br/><br/>We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.
