Louie's Story
Meet Louie! He and his brother, Oscar, were found as strays who were terrified of people. After some months of socialization and patience, they're really starting to come around to their new life inside! The two are not bonded and both of their individual personalities are already starting to blossom wonderfully (but we wouldn't say no if you wanted to adopt them together!). Louie can take some time to warm up to new places, people, and experiences, but he's such a sweetie when he does. Because of his history, Louie would do best in a quiet and patient home where they can continue to gain confidence in the world around them.
