Louie's Story

(Français suit) We rescued Louie as his owner was hospitalized. He lived in an unsanitary home, was covered in knots, overweight, and declawed. This handsome boy is 6 years old. Louie took a few days to settle in with his foster family. The first few days, he barely ate. Louie is a very affectionate cat, who doesn't show the slightest hint of aggression toward humans. However, he is very sensitive to noise and prefers to spend most of his time in quiet places where he feels safe. Louie is social; he loves spending time with his foster family. He appreciates being petted, even though he's not the type to stay glued to you for hours. Food motivated , he won’t be shy to interac with his humans when he's hungry. Once he's full, he becomes very calm and discreet. He loves watching the birds from the window. Louie loves to play, especially with string toys or toys he can catch without having to run or jump. He doesn't display a strong hunting instinct and doesn't tend to climb on all the furniture, although he remains curious. Louie is neutered, now up to date on his vaccination, dewormed, microchipped, and has tested negative for feline AIDS and feline leukemia. He's ready to find his perfect match: a quiet, child-free environment.
