Lou is a quiet, calm kitty who loves to come up to you to get pets and attention once she settles in. Lou is a bit shy and will need a little time and patience while she is settling into her new home. She has become more relaxed and trusting since being at the rescue for a short time. She can still be a little nervous when a hand reaches toward her quickly, but if you approach slowly under her chin, she starts to understand that pets are a good thing.<br/><br/>Lou would do best in a quiet home with no dogs and no children so she can adjust at her own pace. She would also do best with other calm, non-aggressive cat where it will help her settle faster and feel more comfortable.<br/><br/>Lou became close friends with Travis after ending up in the same foster home down south, so if you don't have another kitty friend that she can go home to, they’ve been buddies and would do well together.
