Lona's Story
Hi! I'm Lona

I'm a sweet, playful girl who loves to explore and chase toys, but then settles in for cuddles once my energy is out. I absolutely love affection and seek it out, especially head pets. I'm happiest when I'm close to my people and can easily turn into the perfect little lap cat, often falling asleep curled up against someone I love. I also love other cats! But seem uneasy about meeting dogs.

I do have a health condition called Primary Nephrogenic Diabetes Insipidus (NDI) that my care team is keeping a close eye on. It mostly just means I get extra thirsty and drink more water than most cats. The good news is that I feel great and my blood work says I am tip top shape, but monitoring will need to be life-long with yearly blood work. You need to make sure I always have plenty of fresh water and a clean litter box available at all times.

You would never guess that I have a medical condition because I'm full of energy and love to play. If you're looking for a sweet companion who loves being by your side and has a little extra personality (and a water bowl nearby), I might be your girl!

Love,
Lona

P.S. I qualify for Welcome Trial, which means you can take me home for up to 14 days to see if we're the perfect match before making things official. ...
