Lola (and Gina)'s Story

Note: Lola is paired up with Gina (posted separately). They are a bonded pair and will be adopted out together. Lola's Personality DOB: March 15, 2026 Lola is a stunning multi-colored black/white/orange calico. She is very friendly and curious. Did I also say she is SWEET?!?! Lola LOVES being petted and receiving attention from her foster mom. She has a quiet meow and purr which she turns on when she's happy. Lola always comes up to greet you and watches while you are busy doing something other than giving her love and affection. Lola is moderately playful and never met a toy she didn't like. She loves playing with toys that she bats around on her own and also enjoys interactive play with her foster mom. Lola also loves to curl up in a sink and play with running water. Watch out for a toilet paper roll hanging in the bathroom as she would love to unwind another roll! Lola also loves sleeping on her foster mom's pillow at night. What Type of Home Lola Needs Lola needs a home where she will get plenty of attention from her family. She would do great in a home with kids (over about 10 years of age) who want to play with her. Lola is in a foster home with Gina - the girls get along great and need to be adopted as a pair. Where Lola Came From Lola came into our care when her family was no longer able to care for her.PLEASE NOTE: we only adopt to residents of the DC metro area, which includes DC, Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties in MD, and Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun Counties in VA. CAT ADOPTION POLICIES Thank you for considering adopting a cat from us! Please read our adoption policies below. Policies -cats must be indoors only -cats can not be declawed -kittens must be adopted in pairs unless you already have a young, compatible cat at home -adoptions are a lifetime commitment An adoption official makes all final adoption decisions with input from the foster parent. These policies are designed to ensure the health and safety of our cats and the compatibility of the cat with their adoptive family. Our adoption fee is $150 for one cat/kitten and $250 for a pair. These fees help defray the veterinary expenses we have incurred which includes: exams, FELV/FIV testing,age-appropriate distemper and rabies vaccinations,spaying/neutering,* deworming and all other necessary care.
