Salty Paws of the Lowcountry's Adoption Policy

For the safety of the animals, we are very careful in who we adopt to. We require the following: 1) a thorough adoption application; 2) a “meet and greet” with all members of a potential family and the adoptable animal; 3) a home check; 4) an adoption contract; and 5) an adoption donation fee ($100 kittens/puppies up to a year; $75 cats/dogs up to 10 years; $50 cats/dogs 10+).

Our Mission

Salty Paws of the Lowcountry works with area shelters and the community to help keep pets in homes, if possible, or when space opens, take in adoptable animals to find them loving homes. If we have the resources, we help animals in need.
