Lola's Story

Miss Lola is a 2 year old tuxedo lady with the cutest shortest tail ever

While Lola is very curious she is also very cautious and takes a little to warm up. Once she feels comfortable she has no problem jumping in her persons lap. Her favorite activity is following her person around the house while chatting the whole way with her tiny pointy tail straight up of course. Lola is definitely a people person and is happy to be wherever they are. She loves meeting new people. A few of her favorite things are: being at the top of a cat tower, sleeping in her persons bed, breakfast and playing with string toys or bean bags to bat. She knows her name and comes when she is called. She was an outdoor cat so she has some trouble with the litter box, but she has been a very quick learner.

Lola would do best in a quiet home. She gets along easily with others once shes comfortable. Miss Lola has feline herpes and while its not contagious to other species (but is to other cats!) or humans, it can cause her eyes to get irritated when she has flare ups. To ease her discomfort during flare ups she will need to be given eye drops.

All of our cats come spayed or neutered, microchipped, and with age-appropriate vaccinations. Young cats have an adoption fee of $175. If you would like to apply to be a forever home for this cat, please fill out a statement of interest at www.alternativehumanesociety.com. Unless otherwise indicated, all our cats and kittens are best suited for indoor-only life.
