During the day, she's equal parts playful and affectionate, always ready to chase a toy, explore, or curl up for a cuddle when she's finished.<br/><br/>She's also convinced she's much bigger than she actually is. The resident dog has already learned who's really in charge around the house, because Little Caesar has absolutely no problem being the boss of her canine roommate.<br/><br/>Growing up in foster care has given her a wonderful start.
