Lily *DECLAWED*'s Story
Lily is an almost 6-year-old girl who found herself in rescue through no fault of her own-simply surrendered because her owner decided she "had to go." Despite that, she's still a loving, deserving cat who just needs the *right* home.

And let's just say... she is absolutely adorable. Lily is a beautiful tuxedo girl with the most magnificent long whiskers you've ever seen-they perfectly match her big personality.

Let's be upfront, because Lily certainly is-she does not like other cats. Not even a little. In fact, she feels so strongly about it that even the scent of another cat can upset her. Because of this, she must be the one and only feline in the home. No exceptions.

She has been front declawed (not by us-we do not support declawing), which makes it even more important that she feels safe, secure, and respected in her environment.

Now here's the part that makes Lily special-she's actually a very lovely girl. She enjoys attention, loves being pet, and will happily be a lap cat when she's in the mood. She knows exactly what she likes (and what she doesn't) and isn't shy about letting you know.

Lily would do best in a quiet, calm home with a cat-savvy adopter who understands and respects her boundaries. She's fine with small, polite dogs and would do best in a home with teens or adults only-no small kids.

She's not the kind of cat for everyone-but for the right person, she's going to be an incredibly rewarding companion. Lily deserves a soft, peaceful place to land and enjoy the second half of her life
