In order to adopt an animal, you must fill out an application as well as follow the below info: *You must be 21 years old with valid proof of id *Proof of home ownership *If you rent or own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association to confirm they have given you permission to own a dog. Bully breed specific permission is required. *Any other dogs in the home must be brought to MAC prior to adoption *All children in home must be declared and brought to MAC prior to adoption WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADOPTION TO ANYONE BASED ON THE SAFETY OF THE ANIMAL OR PERSONS IN THE HOME.
