Lilly's Story

An approved adoption application is required to meet me in my foster home -- fill out an application today! Our mailing address is Reston, VA and our cats fostered in NoVA and DC homes.
Washington, D.C.- Suburban Virginia/Maryland Area inquiries only, please!

Hey there, my name is Lily, but my foster parents call me Lil, Lily Pad or Lili-putian (I’m only 7 1/2 lbs). I would love to be the queen of your castle, searching for a quiet forever home where I can be the only pet that shares her love with you.

Even though, I’m 11 years old, I play like a kitten . . . my dad made me a homemade toy of twine and foam ear plugs that I chase anywhere he throws it. I absolutely adore having my chin, head and neck rubbed and when you earn my trust, I’ll let you pet my back and my tail - lucky you. One of the best things about me is that I’m perfectly fine on my own so if you need to go to work or have plans for the evening, I’m ok chilling at home. Just remember, when you come back, love on me and I’ll do the same to you.

One of my most endearing qualities is the tiny squeaks and meows that I use to communicate . . . . I don’t yell or complain, but quietly ask for pets, food and treats. I love wet food (especially fish or chicken - I think cows should be allowed to live in peace) and especially enjoy a piece of dried chicken or some Temptation Treats after we play.

I love my foster parents, but If you think I would fit in your household, please reach out to Feline Foundation - I’d love to find my forever home soon! Please send a message or fill out an application today, and please share my story to help me find my perfect match.
